These Host Terms apply when you create a host profile and run raffles on Raffify. They add to the Terms of Use. By verifying as a host you agree to them.
1. Who can host
You must be at least 18 and able to enter into contracts. Verify your mobile number to publish Public raffles; business verification adds a Verified Business badge. You're responsible for everyone you add as a member of your host profile.
2. Raffles must be free to join
- Participants must never pay to enter or to claim a prize — not through Raffify and not outside it. You may not sell tickets, entries or codes, or require a purchase to enter, unless the promotion is lawful and you hold every permit it needs (see 3).
- Don't ask participants for money, bank details, passwords or one-time codes.
3. Permits and the law
You're responsible for complying with Philippine law for your raffle or promotion, including obtaining DTI sales-promotion permits where a promotion is tied to buying a product or service, any local government permits, and paying any taxes due on prizes. Show your permit number on the raffle where it applies (Public Instant Win promos require one).
4. Prizes
Describe prizes honestly, deliver them to winners as promised and on time, and don't charge winners anything to receive them. Keep claim instructions and deadlines clear. If you can't deliver a prize, tell the winners and Raffify, and offer a fair replacement.
5. Draws
Draws are run by Raffify and can be verified by anyone. You may not try to influence results. Re-draw a prize only for a reason the Raffle Rules allow (for example, the winner didn't claim in time or wasn't eligible), and record the reason. Disqualify an entry only with a genuine reason.
6. Personal data of participants (data processing)
Participants' information is shared with you only to run your raffle. You agree to:
- use it only to run the raffle, contact and verify winners, and deliver prizes — and for marketing only to people who ticked the box to hear from you;
- keep it confidential and secure, limit access to people who need it, and not sell or share it;
- honor requests to stop marketing or delete data, and delete exported data when you no longer need it;
- tell Raffify within 24 hours of learning about any loss or misuse of participant data; and
- comply with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and the rules of the National Privacy Commission.
7. Passes, payments and refunds
Free passes have a participant cap; paid passes raise it and add features, and are paid per raffle (no subscription). Upgrading mid-raffle charges only the difference. You can cancel a paid pass for a full refund while nobody has entered and the draw hasn't started; after that, passes can't be refunded or downgraded. Host Packs are prepaid passes valid for 12 months; an unused pack can be refunded in full within 30 days. Prices include applicable taxes; receipts are sent by email.
8. Content and branding
You confirm you have the rights to the names, logos, images and text you upload, and that they're lawful and not misleading. You permit Raffify to display them to run and promote your raffles.
9. Enforcement
We may pause a raffle, hide it from discovery, warn you, or suspend your host profile (temporarily or permanently) if you break these terms, if we receive credible reports, or to protect participants. Pausing a raffle stops entries and the draw and tells participants. You can reply to our emails to appeal.
10. Liability and indemnity
You are solely responsible for your raffles, prizes, permits and statements. You agree to cover Raffify's losses and costs from claims arising from your raffles or your breach of these terms, to the extent the law allows.
11. Changes and contact
