These rules apply to every raffle on Raffify unless the host's raffle page says otherwise in a way that is more generous to participants. The host is the organizer of each raffle and provides its prizes.
1. Free entry
Entering is always free and never requires payment on Raffify. Where entry comes with a purchase, the host must hold the permits the law requires.
2. How to enter
Depending on the raffle, you enter with a printed stub, a voucher code, an invite, a link (Open), at the door (check-in), or with an Instant Win code. Follow the instructions on the raffle page. Entries close at the time the host closes them; late entries aren't included.
3. One entry per person
Unless the raffle says otherwise, each person may enter once. Each stub, code and invite works once. Duplicate, fake or automated entries may be disqualified.
4. Eligibility
The host decides who can join (for example, employees of a company, members of a group, or residents of an area) and states it on the raffle page. The host may disqualify entries that don't meet the stated rules, and records why.
5. The draw
Before the draw, a fingerprint of a secret seed is published. Our server picks each winner from that seed and the locked entry list; the screen only reveals the result. After the draw, the seed is published so anyone can check the result on the raffle's Fairness page. Prizes are drawn in the order shown on the raffle page.
Instant Win codes have their prizes fixed to codes before any code is handed out; entering a code reveals its result. The seed is published when the promo ends.
6. Claiming a prize
Keep your stub or voucher — you must present it to claim a prize. Lost, damaged or unreadable stubs and vouchers cannot be claimed. Digital tickets and codes must be shown on your phone or quoted as the host asks.
At a live draw, a winner may need to come forward before the claim timer ends; for online raffles, follow the host's claim instructions before the claim deadline. Claiming is always free.
7. Re-draws and unclaimed prizes
If a winner doesn't claim in time, isn't eligible, or can't show proof, the host may re-draw that prize. Every re-draw is recorded with its reason and can be checked on the Fairness page. A prize that isn't claimed by the deadline may be forfeited.
8. Winners' names
Public results show winners masked (for example "M***a S.") or by alias, never their email or phone number. Private raffles may show full names to participants.
9. Prizes and taxes
Prizes are provided by the host as described on the raffle page and can't be exchanged for cash unless the host allows it. Prizes may be subject to taxes under Philippine law; ask the host how this is handled.
10. Problems
Contact the host first. If you believe a raffle breaks these rules or asks for money, use Report on the raffle page; Raffify will review it.
