These terms apply when you use Raffify — to join raffles, follow hosts, or create an account. By using the service you agree to them. Hosts also agree to the Host Terms.

1. What Raffify is
Raffify is a platform where hosts run free raffles and giveaways and people join them. Hosts — not Raffify — organize each raffle and provide the prizes. We provide the tools: entry pages, tickets and codes, the live draw, a fairness proof, and results.
2. Joining is always free
You never pay to join a raffle or to claim a prize on Raffify. If anyone asks you for money, a "processing fee", shipping in advance, a password or a one-time code to join or claim, do not pay and report the raffle. Each raffle's own rules (the Raffle Rules and anything the host adds) say who can join and how prizes are claimed.
3. Your account
Give accurate details and keep your password and two-factor codes to yourself. You're responsible for activity on your account. One account per person. We may ask you to verify your email or phone.
4. Use the service fairly
You agree not to:
- enter a raffle more times than its rules allow, use fake details, or use other people's stubs, codes or invites;
- use bots, scripts or other automated means to enter, guess codes or overload the service;
- interfere with draws, try to predict or influence results, or break security;
- post or display anything unlawful, hateful, obscene or misleading (including aliases);
- harass hosts, participants or our team, or file false reports.
We may disqualify entries, remove content, or suspend or block accounts that break these terms, and keep records of why.
5. Draws and results
Winners are picked by our server from a sealed seed committed before the draw; anyone can verify the result afterwards. The animation on screen only reveals a result that is already decided. Hosts may re-draw a prize only for the reasons the Raffle Rules allow, and every re-draw is recorded.
6. Prizes and disputes with hosts
Prizes are offered and delivered by the host. Raffify is not a party to the prize and doesn't guarantee its delivery, quality or value. If there's a problem with a prize, contact the host first; you can also report the raffle so we can review it and act against hosts who break the Host Terms.
7. Our content
Raffify's software, design and brand belong to us. Hosts keep ownership of what they upload and give us permission to display it to run their raffles.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep Raffify running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or discontinue features. We'll give notice of significant changes to these terms; continuing to use Raffify after a change means you accept it.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Raffify is provided "as is", and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for prizes, statements or conduct of hosts. Nothing here limits rights you have under Philippine consumer protection law.
10. Ending your use
You can stop using Raffify and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes go to the proper courts of [to be added], without prejudice to remedies available before government agencies.
