Pricing questions

Is the price per year or per month?

Neither — it’s per raffle. A pass covers one raffle from setup to the last claim.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, a full refund while nobody has entered yet and the draw hasn’t started. After people join, passes can’t be refunded or downgraded.

What if more people join than I planned?

Upgrade from the raffle page and pay only the difference. Entries already in stay in.

What if my raffle is bigger than 5,000 people?

Contact us and we’ll set up a custom pass.

Why is joining free for participants?

Raffles here are giveaways, not paid lotteries. Keeping them free keeps them fun, fair and simple.
