How to run a raffle at your office party

A raffle is the easiest way to give away prizes so everyone has a fair chance. With printed stubs you need three things: numbered tickets, a box, and a fair way to pick the winning numbers.

  1. Decide the prizes and their order. Draw the small prizes first and the grand prize last to keep the room excited.
  2. Print one ticket per person. Each ticket has two halves with the same number. Guests keep one half and drop the other in the box.
  3. Draw in front of everyone. Pick from the box, or use a live draw on the projector so nobody wonders if it was rigged.
  4. Announce and record winners. Ask winners to show their half and write down who claimed what.

Stubs or voucher codes?

Stubs work best when everyone is in the same room. Voucher codes work better when people join on their phones — for shop promos, online events or when you want guests to register before the party.

Printing tips

  • Print at 100% scale, not “fit to page”, so the tickets line up with the cut marks.
  • Use 120–160 gsm paper so stubs don’t tear when guests fold them.
  • Grayscale is fine — every theme reads clearly on a black-and-white printer.

Common questions

Is this generator really free?

Yes. Up to 100 tickets per PDF, no account needed.

How do I print the tickets?

Print at 100% scale (not “fit to page”) on 120–160 gsm paper, then cut on the marks.

Can people join from their phones?

Not with paper tickets alone. On Raffify you can mix stubs, voucher codes and online entries in one raffle.
