Claiming a prize

If you win

Winners are shown on the Stage and on the raffle's results page with a masked name, like Ma S.* If you gave your email, we'll send you a message at the moment of the reveal with how to claim.

At a live event, go up to the host with your stub or code before the claim timer ends. For online raffles, follow the host's claim instructions and deadline.

For hosts

Mark each prize Claimed when the winner checks in, and Released once it's handed over. If a winner doesn't claim in time, you can re-draw — the reason is recorded.

Stay safe

We never ask winners to pay a fee, share a password or send money to claim a prize. If someone does, report the raffle.
