Run the draw on a projector

Open the Stage on the big screen, control it from your phone, and reveal winners live.

The live draw uses two screens: the Stage for the audience and the Remote on your phone.

Before the night

  1. Open your raffle and go to the Live draw tab.
  2. Open the Stage link on the laptop connected to the projector or TV, and go full screen.
  3. Open the Remote on your phone. The checklist shows when the Stage is connected.
  4. Tap Test sound to check the speakers.

Close entries

Close entries locks the entry list and publishes the seed fingerprint for the fairness proof. Nobody can join after this.

Draw

Tap Start the draw, then Draw! for each winner. The server picks the winner first; the Stage only animates and reveals it — so the wheel or the timing never decides who wins.

If a winner isn't there

Each prize has a claim timer. If the winner doesn't come up in time, re-draw with a reason. Every re-draw is recorded in the raffle's audit log.

Livestreaming

On Grand and Mega passes, add the OBS overlay link as a browser source to show the draw on a stream.
