Passes and refunds

Hosts pay per raffle with an Event Pass. There's no subscription, and participants never pay.

Passes

See Pricing for each pass's participant cap and features. The Free pass covers up to 50 participants.

Upgrading

If more people join than you expected, upgrade from the raffle page and pay only the difference. Entries already in stay in.

Paying

Pay with QR Ph, GCash, Maya or a card through PayMongo. The pass switches on as soon as the payment is confirmed, and a receipt is sent to your email.

Refunds

You can cancel a paid pass for a full refund while nobody has entered yet and the draw hasn't started. After people join, passes can't be refunded or downgraded.
